Brought in dead battery that we had purchased there a year ago. We had charged the battery and the van would not start. Took the battery out and took to Toyota for an exchange under warranty. They told year ago. We had charged the battery and the van would not start. Took the battery out and took to Toyota for an exchange under warranty. They told us the battery was bad. They would not give a new battery unless we brought the van in. How do you do that when the battery is dead and charging had not worked? Insisted they needed to see the van and put in battery. Called the next day and talked to service manager. Told to bring in. What ended up being a two trip exchange could have easily been done in one transaction. More
