The scheduling and initial reception were the typical Wilson quality service. I had to wait for over three hours for just a simple oil change and rotation of tires. There was little communication. I had to initiate finding out what was going on. I used come here and get an oil change on my 2008 Camry for about $55. On this appointment it was $156. As always the workers here were friendly, but this was the first time in the many years that I’ve come and used the services at Toyota Wilson, where I had a bad/unpleasant experience… waiting over three hours with little direct communication, and receiving a high bill. I’m a little “gun shy” now about using the Toyota Wilson services department. I will try it one more time the next time I need an oil change and see if things have returned to the good service I’m used to getting from them in the past. More
