Drove 45 minutes out of my way, past Toyota of DM, to get a new truck from Brad and the team at Wilson Toyota. I brought my vehicle in because I have replaced my battery twice in the last six months. While in service, I also had routine maintenance, and an issue with a window switch. I was called that my vehic battery twice in the last six months. While in service, I also had routine maintenance, and an issue with a window switch. I was called that my vehicle was ready. I got in to leave, and it wouldn't start. While waiting for transportation, they miraculously found that my alternator was bad. Then informed me that they didn't have one in stock, and would have to order it. Then they informed me that my cost would be $900, and if my battery was beyond being charged, it would need a $230 dollar battery. So... They didn't troubleshoot the reason I brought the vehicle for service in the first place, the battery wasn't dead at the time, so they didn't do anything except the routine maintenance, and "reinitialize" the window motor for $60 and put it outside. They called me at the end if the day (work had been done for hours) and presented me another bill for a $400 alternator and $450+ for labor. When I asked to speak to a manager, he had already "left for the day". Luckily, my battery wasn't beyond saving (it was two months old, and had been replaced a few months before). Very disappointed. I won't be servicing my vehicle at your dealership in the future, nor bring any recall or other business to your dealership. And most likely won't be buying a Toyota in the future. More

I told Devon, the salesman, what I was looking for. He showed me a car he had just gotten, gave me the details, and we went for a ride. He showed me another car.
