Yesterday, we had a problem with our left sliding door not closing, We tried calling Service Departments in Ames and DesMonies, but they were all closed. Not pleased. I had an issue with my defrost control and was told they’d let me know. Sat there for 4 hours and no one said a word to me. Finally at 4 pm he told me it would need a part ordered.
