Pleasant experience. Quick transaction. Only a few people in office wearing masks. Paperwork handled quickly without a lot of additional sales add-ons to deal with. in office wearing masks. Paperwork handled quickly without a lot of additional sales add-ons to deal with. More

facilities and personnel are excellent. I did try schedule my appt via the email I received and it was a disaster. First if it was sent from Service then why does the front desk answer and ask if I w schedule my appt via the email I received and it was a disaster. First if it was sent from Service then why does the front desk answer and ask if I want sales and secondly then service finally gets on the line and asked 50 questions besides my name and then askes what I want to do? I just hung up and called. Why does service not have a direct line? More
Excellent Dealership. Friendly staff who listens to their customers needs. Prices need to be clearly communicated. I was told it would be $210 for my battery to be replaced, but it was over $330. The person I spoke with over the phone before coming in for the replacement appar would be $210 for my battery to be replaced, but it was over $330. The person I spoke with over the phone before coming in for the replacement apparently did not include the labor in the cost. I would not have gone for the replacement at Toyota if I had known this as I could have gotten it done locally (in my town at a non-Toyota dealership) for just under $200. I was willing to pay a slightly higher amount to have it done at my normal Toyota dealership (in a different town) as I have most of my work done there, but a $100 difference was ridiculous. Especially as I had received an email offer from Toyota claiming I could have gotten a battery for less than $200 as a service special, but the person at the dealership said that didn't apply to my vehicle since mine is a hybrid. It would have been nice if that was specified as an exclusion on the coupon, especially since so many vehicles are hybrids now. Overall it was a poor experience because of the incorrect communication in both situations. Unfortunately, this isn't the first issue I've had at my dealership. When I went in for an oil change before the pandemic lockdowns, they either incorrectly reinstalled or broke something in the door of my glove compartment and it now will not stay closed consistently. They have stated they would fix it, but I forgot to mention it when I took the car in for the battery replacement. I would have expected their systems to prompt them to fix this automatically whenever I came in next. More
My car was finished faster than expected and I was very happy with the price I paid for the quality of tires I got. Jackson and the service department was very helpful! happy with the price I paid for the quality of tires I got. Jackson and the service department was very helpful! More
