I had an issue with squeaking noise in my 4Runner. I kept thinking it was ball joint or spring issue. The mechanic found the issue right away. Customer-facing service agent was great. However, there was significant grime on the interior door, the person driving my car was not wearing a mask, he did not remove a plastic cover over my steering whee was significant grime on the interior door, the person driving my car was not wearing a mask, he did not remove a plastic cover over my steering wheel, and the cargo net was not replaced in my trunk after examining the battery in my hybrid. I was extremely unhappy with the overall experience and would have asked for a refund if this particular service was not already covered by Toyota. You cannot have service crew do such a shotty job keeping the interior of the car safe and clean. Why would I expect the actual work of oil changes and tire rotations to be done any better? After this experience, I will consider moving my business elsewhere. More
Courteous staff. Time estimation was 1 hour longer than told when scheduling appointment, but because I was provided a courtesy vehicle the time was not an issue. We have always been pleased Wilson dealership in our 4 previous purchases but our displeasure this time was with the salesman. Didn't receive follow-up as promised. This dealership is the best! They took very good care of me. They installed new tires and made sure I got the best price for them. They checked over my car and found I needed a new battery.
