I had to wait for almost 2h for an oil change despite having a confirmed appointment. After almost 2h, I was told about several issues and hat would take another 2h to fix. I refused and left. I also noticed 2-4 customers waiting without masks despite elderly customers sitting next to them and despite a mask mandate for Ames. Staff said nothing. More
