I have been taking my Highlander here for servicing since I purchased it from Wilson in 2004. The staff is always courteous and knowledgeable and keeps me informed as to issues found while working on the ca I purchased it from Wilson in 2004. The staff is always courteous and knowledgeable and keeps me informed as to issues found while working on the car. The waiting room is always clean and comfortable. My only concerns with this visit (and the reason I didn't give a higher rating) were 1) I told the service rep about a rattling noise that periodically occurred when the fan was running and asked if they would check it out. The report I received from the service rep when going over the results of the servicing was that the technician had not made any comments about the rattling noise. So basically, I left with no more information than I had when I came in. 2) Given the current situation with Covid, I would have appreciated knowing what measures were taken by the technicians to minimize potential contact with the virus once the vehicle was returned to me. Did the technicians wear masks while inside the vehicle? Did they sanitize the areas they touched (steering wheel, gear shift, etc) when they exited the vehicle? Or should I have taken the precaution to bring sanitary wipes with me in order to wipe those surfaces down? 3) This is not the first time that my low tire pressure warning light was not reset properly after a tire rotation. Unfortunately, I don't realize that it hasn't been done until I am several miles from the dealership. It is awkward and difficult for me to reach the reset button myself, but since I drive to Ames from Des Moines it is not convenient to return to the service dept to have them do what should have been done initially. I try to remember to remind the rep that my model of Highlander is one that needs to be reset twice to take affect, but I don't always remember to do that (and frankly, I don't think I should have to tell the service dept how to service my car ... that is why I go to the dealer and not the corner mechanic). However, I will continue to bring my Highlander to Wilson for future service ... but would appreciate it if you could improve on the aforementioned issues. Thank you for your time. They are always very friendly. They work with me in scheduling my oil changes and are very accommodating. Easy drop off, they did the work my car needed and had it ready for me to pick up.
