Not impressed; set up service for warranty work weeks in advance and no loaner as requested; I came from out of town wanting to choose a smaller dealership but with no where to go I had to wait hours in th advance and no loaner as requested; I came from out of town wanting to choose a smaller dealership but with no where to go I had to wait hours in the waiting room. Then I go outside only to discover my car was sitting there done for who knows how long. To top it off when I came in and indicated while getting warranty done I wanted service. When asked what I requested whatever is due as it was a fleet vehicle and they decide what to do. It went without any reaction and they asked to do just a oil change then. I said sure but knowing that it should be checked so it can get all the work done possible. In the end I get in my car and it smelled like gas. Not impressed and I expected better. More
