I was not as happy with the services provided this time. I had told them about a funny noise it makes when you start it when it was in for my oil change the week before the stall. They said that they couldn I had told them about a funny noise it makes when you start it when it was in for my oil change the week before the stall. They said that they couldn’t find anything wrong. Within one week, my Toyota was dead on the road. I had to get a tow truck to haul it because they didn’t provide that service. The cost to fix it was extremely high at $760 for just an alternator replacement. The noise is still present when you start it. That’s going to be another service charge and parts and labor. I don’t know if these cars as good as some people say they are. Not a very happy customer, Toyota’s are money pits. More

Normally it is very good. This time I had a 9:00 appointment for an oil change. I got there early but didn’t get the van back until 10:15. Normally it takes about 30-40 minutes.
