Not very efficient. Do not keep customers informed about what is going on with service. Installed only the rear view mirror. The person helping us said he was new but probably should have had help as he was very confused the whole time. He said he would check on a sensor for us also, but when we picked up the car he didn't know an have had help as he was very confused the whole time. He also asked if we saw our car outside, which we said no to, but he didn't say anything afterwards, just had us pay. We then stood around outside for a while looking for the car as he brought later customers' cars to them and had to go back in to ask someone else for it to be brought around. More
