I took my 2017 Toyota Highlander in to be serviced. I had previously received a phone call telling me that it looked like I had enough equity to trade for a newer vehicle. Good experience in Scheduling my service, had to get a remote installed. I ddrop it off the night before. On Friday i called to see if my car was ready, it was, so I headed out to pick it up. I walked in, picked up the papers and my keys.very easy. I left the dealeeship and got on the interstate. My hood was not closed! Traffic was horrible and i had to go a couple miles to exit safely. Basic issue but it was scary. My hood was bouncing and i had to slow way down compared to the other cars, they were flying past me. I would suggest someone check before cars are parked outside for pickup! Needless to say, it was not a good experience. More
