We Scheduled a routine maintenance appointment, LOF and rotation. When we have arrived, the service department let us know there was a recall related to the vehicle that would take approximately two hours rotation. When we have arrived, the service department let us know there was a recall related to the vehicle that would take approximately two hours to address. Given our schedule for the day we could not have that addressed at the time of the original appointment. Given we live approximately 45 minutes away from the dealership, this means a second trip for this to be addressed. Would have muchThe service department to let us know in advance about the recall and we could have scheduled appropriately to have this handled in one trip. Very disappointing. More

Sales staff were good. Others -- not so much Blake was masked, attentive to coronavirus precautions, enthusiastic. Woman who finished the sale was unmasked until we asked, then wore it below her Blake was masked, attentive to coronavirus precautions, enthusiastic. Woman who finished the sale was unmasked until we asked, then wore it below her nose "because it fogs my glasses". Please, sister! She said she had a family member who had died from COVID-19. I'd think masks would be required for any staff working with customers. And I'd think Wilson Toyota would provide masks and educate staff on why and how masks should be worn at all times. More
