Most of our concerns stem from them not believing us when we told them that the sliding passenger doors didn’t work on 2 separate visits. After the first visit the door didn’t work properly for a week at le we told them that the sliding passenger doors didn’t work on 2 separate visits. After the first visit the door didn’t work properly for a week at least once a day. After the second visit they told us the door was just dirty and upon further investigation they ended up replacing parts due to corrosion. The gas door paint matches and the doors are working great. We appreciate Toyota’s efforts to maintain the safety of our van and promote customer loyalty. More
