Terrible service. Had our van checked out before a road trip and ended up stranded and had to tow the van back to the dealer. Two trips later, the van was “done” after a service extension from Toyota (no trip and ended up stranded and had to tow the van back to the dealer. Was told to not shut the van off due to the dead battery from the alarm going off all day the day before. No call was made to inquire about the alarm and no attempt made to fix the problem. Asked if we wanted to make an appointment for the next day to look at alarm! Had to leave the van with them again and found they did not shut the hood and that is why the alarm went off every 30 minutes all day long and killed my battery. Unbelievable! They did deliver the van back to us 6 days after we towed it to them. Only a week of lost use and a few 1&1/2 hour trips wasted. Never again will I go back to Wilson for any reason. More
