2020 Highlander purchase I worked with Taybor Johnson on the purchase of my new Highlander. I wanted a 2020 Highlander Limited and I really didn't think they would have what I wanted on the lot, I thought I was just going to put in an order, but luckily they had the model and the color I was interested in. I didn't get a great trade-in but it was fair and I didn't get a great price for the new car either but I didn't expect a lot since it is a new body style that just came out and is hard to get. They gave me $750 off and threw in the rack cross bars I wanted and the paint protection. I feel pretty good about the deal and I love my new car. They treated me with respect throughout everything and were very helpful at showing me all the features of the car. The whole thing from start finish only took 2 hrs which was great. It took a couple days for them to get my new car ready the way I wanted it and I picked it up and went on my way. Very easy. More
