Waited longer than normal I had just a basic service done on my vehicle, but it took longer than an hour to complete. Other people that came in after me for the same apparent s I had just a basic service done on my vehicle, but it took longer than an hour to complete. Other people that came in after me for the same apparent service were expedited. I was not, which was disappointing. I wondered if it was because I made my appointment online earlier in the day, because I felt like I was treated like a walk-in rather than an appointed customer. That is my only complaint - the time it took. The service, as always, was very good. I was shown filters and advised about my tires. All very professional. But I won’t be making any more appointments online. More
