But I had to wait 21 days before they could fix it. I decided to call toyota collision center. They got me in the same day I called and my car was done the next day. I also saved the SUV's insurance money on both repair and rental car. Toyota will hook you up with a loaner while yours is getting fix. Thank you, Toyota of Ames Job well done!!! More

Horrible Experience I purchased a new Tacoma and while driving it with the AC on, noticed that water was leaking onto the passenger floor mat. Took it back to Wilson Toy I purchased a new Tacoma and while driving it with the AC on, noticed that water was leaking onto the passenger floor mat. Took it back to Wilson Toyota and their solution to fix the problem was to stuff foam padding into the opening where the water was leaking. I would never recommend this dealership. More

Unusual disappointing service. I came in for a oil change and spent 2 hours there. Was told I needed a battery and it would ‘only take a few minutes. It took nearly an hour.
