One thing I would mention that you might think about changing is how you leave the keys in vehicles unlocked when they are finished. They probably are safe, but even though I joked about it being a “great place to steal cars from”, I was really thankful I didn’t have my guitar in my car like I often do, because though someone might not steal a car, it would be easy to steal someone’s belongings from within the car. I have not experienced a service center previously that left the keys in the car when it was finished and parked out front, in my experience, they typically keep them behind the desk for when you check out. This is just one thought that kind of worried me, but I would still return and recommend your service center because everyone was so nice and effective. More
