Friendly, helpful, great to work with. Overall 4 1/2 stars. Console area needed to be cleaned when I got home, looked like dried up hot chocolate. He was able to answer questions about the RAV4 hybrid that local salespeople could not, located a RAV4 in transit that met our specifications, and then worked very hard to add the extras (a hitch, a promise for delivery if necessary--we're from out of state and just dropped by Wilson Toyota to look at inventory) along with a good offer for the SUV we traded. This was one of the best car buying experiences we've had--and we've had a lot! Brad made the process fun. We highly recommend the dealership and Brad in particular. More
