Oil change I purchased my car 3 months ago. I took it in for scheduled oil change. The only complaint would be when I came to pick up my car the keys were in the I purchased my car 3 months ago. Had my car gotten stolen who’s fault would of that been? Doesn’t seem like they cared too much after just buying a car from them. More

They are better than at least one other in town! Room to gro My experience at Wilson Toyota was better than what I expected. However I was pleasenrly surprised when they added TTL fees on the top of the purchase My experience at Wilson Toyota was better than what I expected. However I was pleasenrly surprised when they added TTL fees on the top of the purchase fees to the document without ever talking about it with me and then latter said that they did it in front of me. That was a plain lie. I know that the TTL fees were to be added on the top of the purchase prices but it could have been clearer earlier than an assertion later. Sales person was Fair. I had to take the car to the body shop and I hoped the communication went more clearer, I wanted more repairs done than what I received regardless of the price and I told them that clearly when I made the payment. Brady who took me to the test drive gave me the first impression of Wilson Toyota was beyond what I expected. But clearly it varies person to person. Ryan was accomodating with the needs. The manager was fair. Overall I recommend Wilson Toyota over at least one other in town. To say more than this I just don’t have enough information. They can do better! More
