The gentleman met me and asked if he could h To start, my appointment was scheduled for 9:40 a.m. I arrived at 9:35ish, pulled up to the service door. The gentleman met me and asked if he could help me. I said yes, I'm here for a 9:40 service appointment. He said it would be at least an hour and a half., so I said but I have an appointment at 9:40, and he pointed to a row of cars, and said so do they. So I said that's bull___t, I dont have an hour and a half. I drove 50+ miles one way, and i have to be at work this afternoon, so I'll go somewhere else, and i left. I was pretty p.o'ed, and called back to Express my frustration to someone else, and the person i talked to said she'd have someone call me back. Before I got out of town, I was called back by a dark haired woman, who said if I come back, they would get me in right away, so that's what I did, and everything turned out fine. I would like to apologize for getting angry at the service person I talked too. I would just ask that you see my point, in that I drive a good distance to have Wilson service my vehicle, and that I'm not blessed with an abundance of extra time, unless I take a whole day of vacation, and that seems a bit extreme just for an oil change. More

And not only did Jacob find the right vehicle that would work for my family he also helped entertain my children so that i could do the paper work.
