We only had one issue...a misunderstanding about the trade-in values and monies...but other than that, we were treated with honor and respect. Though we’d have liked to have gotten a lot more money for our trade, we beleive that the dealership was very fair and in fact, they were right in line with the value as listed on KBB.com. Aimee in finance was knowledgeable and informative and Brady online was absolutely fantastic about returning emails...that’s very, very important to doing biz in this day and time. Would definitely buy from Wilson again and will recommend them to others. In fact, I went to Wilson because another Des Moines area Toyota dealership acted as if they couldn’t care less whether I bought from them or not. Wilson made me feel like they wanted to earn my business and would bend over backwards to do so. More

Got the car of my dreams! I already checked out the car that I wanted online and called the dealership and was sent over to Devon. He explained the total of the car and warranty’s that came with it, so that when I got my loan from the bank, I knew how much to pay. Great test drive, and getting the car wasn’t a hassle. I don’t think I was in the dealership longer than an 1 1/2. It was a great experience to have, especially with this being my first car purchase!
