I live 180 miles away and discovered the vehicle one night while searching the internet. I called the dealership the very next day to confirm it's availability and talked to Ryan Smalley. He was very helpful and answered all my questions. We even agreed on a price over the phone. Two days later I drove out to Ames ( a three hour plus drive for me) and picked up the car. The whole transaction took less than 30 minutes I think. Now that's how to buy a car! No games, no fuss, no back and fourth, just business done on a friendly and professional level. I've bought several cars over the years from various dealers, but have never had a shorter, smoother, and better time of it as I did here at Wilson Toyota. I'm happy!! More

The outstanding Service we have experienced at Wilson the past 5 years with our first Avalon also played a major role in our decision to purchase from Wilson Toyota again even though we live much closer to another Toyota Dealership. Then when I was working Brad got back to me with great news I was approved for the loan . Then he blew me away with the payments on a new car lower then I could expect for where my credit was . Yet in spite of her newness to the role, she had remarkable knowledge of the product (Camry) and more than capable in answering questions. And what she didn't know, she admitted but found an answer. Where Kari really stood out was at the personal level. She is a warm, welcoming individual. Makes you want to know her as a person even before approaching the knitty-gritty of buying and selling a product. No need for her to convince you she has your interests at the forefront; it comes naturally through the manner in which she presents herself.
