Dealt mostly with Kari. She was relatively new to her job (floor sales) and admitted as such, which we appreciated. Yet in spite of her newness to the role, she had remarkable knowledge of the product (Camry) and more than capable in answering questions. And what she didn't know, she admitted but found an answer. Where Kari really stood out was at the personal level. She is a warm, welcoming individual. Makes you want to know her as a person even before approaching the knitty-gritty of buying and selling a product. No need for her to convince you she has your interests at the forefront; it comes naturally through the manner in which she presents herself. Wilson Motors should be thankful for having a person like Kari working on their behalf! More

He did everything he could to get my boyfriend and I into EXACTLY what we were looking for in our price range! He originally told us we could pick up the car Thursday or Friday but when he found out my birthday was Tuesday, he made sure he had our vehicle ready to go for us on Tuesday so we could pick it up for my birthday! That was awesome! He even put a big red bow on the hood of the vehicle and rolled out the red carpet for us! Overall was a GREAT experience and HIGHLY recommend him to anyone in the market for a new vehicle! More

The test ride confirmed his quote about the Highlander being very quiet and canceling out most road noise.. It was a real pleasure to deal with a salesperson who wanted to find us the best vehicle. Tron Smith gave us a very fair trade-in value and was great to work with. Amy helped us with all the paperwork and she was very fast and efficient. Everything was handled in a very short amount of time. More

Failed Sales Experience Went to the dealership with a pre-approved Leasing from Toyota Financial, and eventually pre-approved financing. Sounds like a perfect customer to m Went to the dealership with a pre-approved Leasing from Toyota Financial, and eventually pre-approved financing. Sounds like a perfect customer to me..?? All they were pushing to do is for me to fill out their Credit App? Why would I do that and put another inquiry on my Credit Report when I'm already pre-approved? Then they were only giving the sticker price for the car, said Toyota was not giving any on that model, but every other dealer I went too was giving on price for the same model. Then, through my research, I discovered a $4500 rebate from the Government on the car, asked for details. Acted like they new nothing and said to consult my tax professional. I ended up going to another vehicle manufacturer and getting a car. When I told Wilson of this, then they came through with details on the rebate and I would have gotten $4500 dollars back. That would have made my decision to go with their vehicle, but they were too late. I don't understand if you have a customer come in the door pre-approved for the purchase, why you would not do everything you could for them, it's a guaranteed sale. Sales professional was friendly and low pressure, but getting details, answering questions and follow-up were lacking. If a customer is entitled to a $4500 rebate on a car, that should be great knowledge to share with the customer. More

I dealt with Tron Smith, Sales Manager, a man in the Collision Department whose name I don't remember and Jacob Harmelink, Sales Consultant. The man in the Collision Department saw the issue with the car I was purchasing and told me what they would do to make it right. Jacob was great to work with. I felt he was very fair, helpful and considerate. He returned calls in the timeframe he said he would. The whole transaction went smoothly and I left feeling like I got a fair deal without any hassle. The other salesmen were very friendly as well, even though they weren't working with us on a sale.
