Treavor was prepared to answer my questions and the one or two he didn’t know he quickly found out the correct answer. Even after driving away with my new RAV Hybrid Limited he’s checked on me to make sure things were okay. Best Service I've Ever Had Wow! Usually when looking for a car I dread the idea of working with dealers based on past experience with other businesses. I had narrowed it down to Wow! Usually when looking for a car I dread the idea of working with dealers based on past experience with other businesses. I had narrowed it down to wanting a Prius because my friends rave about them and I wanted a car that was reliable, and after an unfortunate collision with a deer that totalled my last car, that I would be safe in. Right off the bat, Brad is really nice and welcoming and listens to what you want in a car. He's very honest about comparing vehicles in your price range. He also showed us all the features on the car while testing it out, but he did it in a manner that shows he's really interested in the cars and showing people all the features of the cars they are trying out to get a feel for all the situations when we will likely be driving as opposed to trying to sell you hard on the car. I loved the car so it was an easy decision for me, but based on my interaction with him, I get the feeling he is very interested in getting people in the right car for them. My mom was with me, and she decided she wanted a car too. My mom described a handful of things she liked, as far as features, interiors, etc. and he literally picked the perfect car for her right off the bat. It was so perfect, that when I sat down in the back seat for her test drive after returning my rental, I said "wow, this would be the car for you." Another great thing, after the sale is made he makes sure to check in with you and tell you where everything is at on getting through the back office to get you on the road in your car. There were just a couple of people in front of us to do the financial side of the deal, and he chatted with us and told us more features about the cars while we waited. Cannot recommend him enough. The next time I need a vehicle I will be back. More
