I went in thinking I needed a Highlander but after my salesperson asked me a series of questions he determined that a RAV4 would meet my needs much better and he was correct!! He could have sold me a much more expensive vehicle but he was more interested in getting me a vehicle that I would love and meet and exceeded my needs. I was treated with much respect and understanding even when I changed my mind and got a bit upset on which RAV to buy. I ended up loving the Limited edition instead of the XLE. All my salesperson wanted was for me to love my vehicle for life! I trust the dealerships integrity. They stand behind their warranties. I felt like I was in the best of hands.
