Great dealer, great car Our dealer was Nick Miguel, We received very professional service, all our requests were promptly taken care and Nick did his best to offer us lowe Our dealer was Nick Miguel, We received very professional service, all our requests were promptly taken care and Nick did his best to offer us lower rates on the same car as compared to other Toyota dealerships in Iowa. We did not have a car before the purchase and Nick would always provide a ride for us when needed. He even brought our choice of vehicle to our house for me and my wife to test drive it instead of us going to Toyota. We were also very satisfied with the finance manager of the Toyota of Ames, who was very patient and answered all our questions carefully. I am saying this as I had a negative experience with the Toyota of DesMoines finance manager who tried to coerce me into signing a deal which I did not like, and become provocative after I sad NO DEAL ending my visit with an open argument. In summary, Toyota of Ames is a great place to buy your car, and Nick is a great dealer to work with!!! i am highly recommending both. More

Great dealer experience We have used the service department at Wilson for the last couple of years and decided to buy a new 4Runner in December '18 during the year end Toyota We have used the service department at Wilson for the last couple of years and decided to buy a new 4Runner in December '18 during the year end Toyotathon. We ran into Brad in the lot and bought our 5th 4Runner two hours later. A 2017 SR5 Premium. A no fuss experience. Brad is very knowledgeable and easy to work with. We would buy from Brad again and, in fact we did! A 2018 Tundra Limited a week later...!! Brad said he would find a great deal trading my 2016 Tundra SR5 in. And he did. Brad, the dealership and the financing department are very low key. No high pressure sales experienced. Brad did a complete checkout on both vehicles and stressed he was available anytime for questions. I have taken him up on that a few times. We will continue servicing our vehicles at Wilson of Ames and buy from them again when the need arises. I should mention that there is a Toyota dealership much closer to our home...:) More

one to ten about an 8 came in looking for a van. the Sienna turned out not to be appealing. Brad Baker obviously saw what I was used to driving ( a Nissan SUV) and sugges came in looking for a van. the Sienna turned out not to be appealing. Brad Baker obviously saw what I was used to driving ( a Nissan SUV) and suggested I look at a 2016 Highlander (owners car). Sold me that car after some negotiations. I am not a typical buyer. I don't care about cars and I wasn't trading anything in so the bottom line was all I was really interested in. Even though I intended to buy new, I was satisfied with a "used" low mile vehicle. The only negative is that when I called to arrange for pick up I called four times leaving messages to confirm and never received a call back. I HATE HATE HATE voice mail. You never know for sure if who you're calling ever gets the message. With no call back I still don't know. Brad was pleasant and listened to what I was wanting to do with my next vehicle. Can't say I was impressed with sales manager, no warm and fuzziness there. Oh well, not best friends anyway. Other salespeople were welcoming and attentive. good job. More
