Came in for our regular Maintance on our Toyota. Our car plate bolts had broken off. We asked if there was a way to get it the bolts out. They said they would look at it. After a while they told us the car was ready Went to pay the bill for an oil change and we had been also charged over $150 to reattach the plate to the car. There was no communication or an estimate or anything about the plate. Our bill came to around $300. More
