Been a customer for 8 years and always been TICKLED with the service. However, I booked my appointment on line a week and a half early for a 9:30 appointment. I smiled when I pulled in as there had to be at least 25 cars already ahead of me at 9:30 in the morning? I'm from out of town and was going to wait for the car. I had an airbag recall, oil change, tire rotation and diagnoses for leaks coming from the rear axle. Knew it was going to be a long day. Don't remember exactly what time it was when I saw my car taken out of line and driven to the back entrance of the work bay...and not sure what was done while it was back there, but shortly after......it was brought back and put back into the service line. About 3 o'clock I took a look inside and my car was 3rd in line to go back into the bay. About 4 an advisor informed me that the seals in the rear axle needed to be replaced, it'll be a 4 1/2 hour job and not enough time to do it today. No problem. Suggested I be first in line tomorrow to finish. Next morning I checked the service line at 9:30 and only 1 car waiting?? Not sure what happened with my original appointment.... and MY BAD I didn't ask any questions between 9:30 and 4 but next time I will. Guess I didn't make it clear that I just wanted a diagnosis on the leaks and how soon it should be repaired, not necessarily repaired that day. I sat outside the whole day so I know the Techs were working their tails off as about every 20 to 30 minutes they were bringing a car around. Short story long...... about 13 hours of fresh air and sunshine in 2 days and the car is good for another 5,000 miles..... Thanks! I've vented and I'm done :) But I'll be back to Wilson Toyota. More
Of the two dealerships near me I much prefer Wilson Toyota. They are honest, dependable, and provide excellent service. I have dealt with them many times over the years and was always satisfied with Toyota. They are honest, dependable, and provide excellent service. Always courteous, prompt & do a good job. Just leave my car mats alone. The last 2 times they have removed the driver's rubber floor mat and thrown it in the trunk because they say it isn't safe to have 1 mat on top of another. Just tell me and let me decide if I want to remove one. I've been using double mats for at least 45-50 years without incident. The extra mat keeps my feet warmer in the winter. More

I really like Wilson Toyota, Danny, Shauna, and the whole family, which is why it’s hard for me to suggest any improvements. However, you keep repeatedly asking for my opinion, so here it is: You may be ov family, which is why it’s hard for me to suggest any improvements. However, you keep repeatedly asking for my opinion, so here it is: You may be overbooking service appointments. I came in for a scheduled oil change last week, but wasn’t told that the wait was 3-4 hours. I overheard other customers sitting in the wait area saying they had been told. If I’d have known in advance, I would’ve made arrangements for a ride to go do something else with that time. I got out in 2 hours only because I spoke up about having a commitment I couldn’t miss, and the service manager (a very calm lady) moved heaven and earth in the mechanic area to make sure I could leave when I needed. I understand there are mechanic staffing issues. I’m only suggesting that customers be told up front about the wait time, so there’s no surprise. More
