Asked for a scheduled appointment… was made a drop in. . they did amazing work but called the wrong # to update/discuss the service plan (these things happen). Why do they even bother to make appointments? ! A 20 minute job they didn’t even get to for an hour and 50 minutes…then when the car was finished it sat out front for twenty minutes before I aske ! Then an hour later they send me a text that my car is ready. This shows Toyota no longer cares about their customers or have ANY consideration for us! Or was it just me? I need to find out how to cancel my extended warranty and I just extended my Toyota care service. If this is the way I get treated…why should I pay for that! More
