Had 12:30 appointment for oil change and tire rotate. Arrived early and still took over 2hrs. To cap that off opened car door only to see my floor mat covered in dirt. I'm not sure if the problem with the vehicle was addressed. The vehicle with 43000 miles had a check VSC appear on the dash. I'm surprised that they didnt ask for payment with Target gift cards. I'd like to speak with someone from wilson toyota, preferably with the last name of wilson to get back with me as I have a real concern that my vehicle is going to have a sudden catastrophic issue brought on by it's brief stay in your service department.
