I get the clear impression the dealership is slow-walking some cleanup items for the vehicle. It was agreed to take care of several items that needed attention on the vehicle but the effort has been less tha some cleanup items for the vehicle. Won’t be back- I was there for a haul repair on my 2020 Yukon Denali. The repair was so shotty! The metal trim on my doors was never replaced! So the whole car was fixed - roof, top, doors and not the trim Yukon Denali. The repair was so shotty! The metal trim on my doors was never replaced! My brother in law picked it up for me and when I went to drive it that next week and I looked I was shocked!!! Devan was very friendly. Cars usually come with two sets of keys, I only got one. Devan said he’d ask the previous owner about a second set.
