Very poor experience with management at Wilson Toyota. I will never be back and I will make sure to tell all my friends and family to avoid that dealership. My rims were scratched during my Toyotacare tir I will never be back and I will make sure to tell all my friends and family to avoid that dealership. My rims were scratched during my Toyotacare tire rotation. My RAV4 is a 22 with 9k miles on it, had never serviced it anywhere else. All 4 tires have scratches and dings from where the tech carelessly hit it with the sockets. I spoke and sent pictures to the managers, they agreed to “repair” the rims. They did a horrible job doing so and they look the same. They want to “fix” then again but it will probably be the same thing. When I spoke to the owner Danny, he made excuses left n right How it could have been rock chips or how all cars come with defects. Funny how it’s all 4 tires and It’s around the lug nut holes. No other damage on the rims and tires. I will honestly never be back, I can just imagine what else they do to your vehicles that you don’t notice. Very sketchy dealers More
