I have an appt in a week and hope for a positive resolution. Original review: I came because of the "No Bull" and the 5 day return policy. The day I came to pick up the car was the first time I was told "$250 restocking fee" AND there is a max of 125 miles if you return it. During the sales process the salesman touted the five day return and the "full tank of gas". I picked it up with a half tank. Granted a half tank on a Prius is not a big deal.. but hearing one thing and then getting another is bull. Same salesmen also told me that Prius doesn't have a water pump. And yet they replaced the water pump prior to delivery. All of the above would not have changed the deal, although it left me with a bad taste in my mouth to go with the horrible smell in the car. More
