Given that purchasing a new car is never a great experience, it is always inevitably a long process, I have to say that Luke, my sales person was great. He was friendly, low pressure, knowledgeable experience, it is always inevitably a long process, I have to say that Luke, my sales person was great. He was friendly, low pressure, knowledgeable, helpful, professional and courteous. Luke was able to find me a RAV4 plug in Hybrid, the color of my choice, in only a few weeks. I had expected to wait months. Upon receipt of my vehicle, Luke was available for a pick up time that worked best for me and gave me a very good overall tutorial regarding my new car. Why didn't I give 5 stars? Mostly the manager's persistence for me to purchase maintenance packages. This was irritating when I had already rejected all packages offered to me. Again, just for clarification, this had nothing to do with Luke. If you are lucky enough to get Luke as your sales person, you will have a very positive experience. More
