My husband and I came to Portland from Central Oregon for the weekend and visited several dealerships while shopping for a new vehicle. Wilsonville Toyota had great reviews and stood out from the rest. We've left other dealerships in the past because no one ever came over to help us, but that wasn't the case here. Pete Chavez greeted us right away, and shortly after, Tre Garcia joined us. We originally came in looking for a truck with towing capability, but Pete and Tre pointed out the 4Runners and suggested we take one for a test drive. We're glad he did. We've always liked 4Runners, and when Pete told us the one we were driving was built in Japan that sold us. Tre worked hard to secure us a competitive interest rate, and the process moved quickly. They also gave us a great value for our trade-in, and compared to other dealerships we visited, our 4Runner was priced very competitively for the same specs. What we appreciated most was how simple the process felt. Tre handled everything from start to finish, so there was no bouncing between different people. Buying a vehicle is always a big decision, but Pete and Tre made the experience smooth. We'd absolutely return to Wilsonville Toyota and would recommend them to others. More
