Boy, those were the days. Wilsonville Toyota’s service department has gone downhill since 2015, service advisors are totally incompetent and I would not trust this department with any of my Toyota vehicles. Boy, I could tell you stories. I would recommend avoiding this dealership as my family, colleagues and neighbors now do. Attempted to get my 2024 4Runner’s 1st oil change done today and I was told that I would be responsible for part$ to having it changed at 5000 instead of the 10,000 mile manufacture recommended timeframe. This was all clarified with the service manager but, I had to walk to his office instead of him meeting me out front by my vehicle.
