This dealership is fine, but very unhappy with Toyota. Our 2015 Highlander was called in on a recall of the powersteering. While it was being repaired (we were told it could be 6 weeks) we were given a re Our 2015 Highlander was called in on a recall of the powersteering. While it was being repaired (we were told it could be 6 weeks) we were given a rental. Unfortunately, the rental was a Corolla, not an SUV. Toyota refused to approve $5.00 extra a day to give us an equivalent vehicle and since we didn't think this should cost us anything, we were stuck with a car too small for our needs. Also, Toyota doesn't allow them to keep the part on hand even during a recall so it had to be ordered AFTER our car was held hostage. It ended up taking almost 4 weeks. I was also unhappy that I called 3 times in two days after 2 weeks and was told that things had been "too busy" to return my calls. I should have been kept better informed. The problem with the power steering was eventually resolved, but not without our losing a lot of faith in Toyota's customer service. More

Wilsonville Toyota is an EASY win. My wife and I have only been married for a short time and have never made a large purchase together. We were a little nervous about making this purchase, but with a baby on the way, we knew we needed to get a safer car for our growing family. Wilsonville Toyota not only beat out other dealers prices, but they were kind, honest, and friendly the entire time. Brian and Ron were both so kind to me AND my wife. Other car lots we went to, salesmen would hardly even acknowledge my wife who is 8 months pregnant (she's all belly at this point). The Wilsonville team was kind to BOTH of us, and kept us both in the loop the whole time. Our salesman Brian even did a great job of walking at our slower pace around the lot to look at all the different cars we wanted. Ultimately, we ended up in a brand new 2015 Rav4 XLE and we couldn't be happier! Not only did we walk out the door with a great car, but we did it within our budget. All around, this place is a winner. I know large purchases should be made carefully but, don't waste your time! Go straight over to Wilsonville Toyota and sleep with out regrets. More

He was very forthcoming in information about the vehicles, along with extremely knowledgeable and answered any questions we thought of, so we always felt like we were in the loop and well informed. I was turning in my previous Prius lease and Neil was very helpful with the paperwork on that and making sure we were comfortable during the sales process. The e-contracting made it easy to sign the 'paperwork' and Scott walked us through what everything meant and made sure we understood what we were signing. At the end of the process we were given a flash drive with our paperwork loaded on to it and Scott took us out to the car to show us all the new features of our Prius! I cannot say how much I love this car!! I highly recommend buying your next car at Wilsonville Toyota from Scott! More
