Recall I wasn't happy about having to come back, a 30 minute drive, to have a recall taken care of, when it should have been taken care of the week before. I'd scheduled the first service AND the recall for Saturday, June 20th and was surprised they called us as early as they did, after dropping off the car. We finished spending time with our kids, then went back to pick up the car. While my wife was waiting, I went to take care of the paperwork and that is when I found out that they'd forgotten to do the recall. I had to reschedule for the following Saturday, at 7:15 to have that taken care of. They were apologetic, which I appreciated, but it was still a big inconvenience for both of us. More

When we bought our truck, we were given a payment plan the fit our budget and we even got an interesting story about our truck to take away with us. Nothing bad to say here. Went home to sleep on it and completed the deal over the phone the next day with our salesperson bringing the paperwork and car to our house that evening. Buying a car just couldn't be any easier. Our sales person, Greg, went above and beyond during delivery. Even climbed up on a ladder to help me program my garage door opener. Now that's service! More
