The way that they run their dealership is the way it should be! No bull! The one price one person policy is amazing and a big timesaver. It was also an added bonus that Greg got to help us throughout the whole process. No messing around with countless number if people. Overall the business is all about the customer. Greg was outstanding. I couldn't ask for a better salesmen. He answered all of our questions and some more than once. He was very personable and full of laughs. This is after we put down a deposit on that specific vehicle. After that our trust was ruined. Then we were able to resolve everything with another vehicle, but when promised VIP service as a "make-good", it became more of a haggling over very small things that the dealership should have never bothered us with. So recently we took our business elsewhere and bought our newest Toyota at another Oregon dealership that was pleasant to work with. More

I felt relaxed throughout the whole experience and am so so so happy to be leasing the new Prius C. I loved that he showed me the car that I wanted to see, but after realizing that the price was not in my budget he helped me find the right alternative within my budget. He helped me understand how financing works and what all my options were. He explained everything in a great way and it made me very comfortable when leasing for the first time. We own a Tundra and Prius, we love our Toyotas, very reliable all around. This is why we chose the Rav4 as our next purchase. We needed to step up to a little bigger car for our family that had AWD that had good fuel milage for a busy family that travels all over the state for work and sports for our children. We had the pleasure of renting a Rav4, prior to purchasing ours and loved how it drove, size and features. We knew what we wanted and were able to call right in and do our deal over the phone, since we live over an hour away. I am not a fan of the black sharpie when it comes to buying a car, nor the negotiating of the purchase. I always get our loans thru our credit union and prefer to come in and hand over a cashiers check when we make big purchases. We are a NO BULL family and like to get to the bottom line and go with that price. Thank you Wilsonville Toyota for having the NO BULL price and getting us the car we love and our less than an hour at your dealership to pick it up! I loved that part!
