Great experience. Purchased the Limited addition RAV 4. Glad we went with the upgraded model. We are very satisfied with this vehicle. The Sport mode has more then enough horsepower and acceleration. Jay is very personable and we developed trust almost immediately. Jay was knowledgable and accurate with the vehicle information. If you like a no pressure sales for a new vehicle Wilsonville Toyota is the place to go. Apparently, I didn't look like I was in the market for a new car. I actually needed to ask for a sales representative. The first sales person was too busy or did not think I was serious, so he passed me off to Jay. Lucky for us! You should just ask for Jay when you come in. But, (No fault of Jays) I was disappointed with the trade in offer. It was less than 1/3 the value of my 4 Runner. I drove it home. I easily sold it for full blue book value on Craig's list. But, (again no fault of Jay's) I would have liked the white pearl color. None available. We had to settle for the sporty Red. Ended up to be an OK color but it shows the road grime and needs washing a little more often. More

There is never any pressure from the sales staff, they have always given me a good amount for my trade-in and were able to work a deal for me that was affordable. The service staff is also extremely good about getting my car in/out in a timely manner and making sure that I have transportation back/forth from my home while the car is being serviced. I have recommended this dealership to many of my friends. More

He was my salesperson almost two years First, I want to thank Joey for being so gracious to respond to my call and come in on his scheduled day off. He was my salesperson almost two years ago when I bought my Toyota Avalon Limited and it is the best car I have ever driven. But, last week, we needed a good reliable pre-owned truck for our second vehicle. We traded in a Hyundai Accent for the Toyota Tacoma in only two hours. Well, even my wife loves driving it. Needless to say, we appreciate Joey and Wilsonville Toyota. Great dealership! More
Best customer service - EVER I had the best service experience ever at Wilsonville Toyota. On Saturday April 11th, my FJ Cruiser had a alternator charging problem. I called the de I had the best service experience ever at Wilsonville Toyota. On Saturday April 11th, my FJ Cruiser had a alternator charging problem. I called the dealership at 2:30 PM and spoke with Lucas Hintz. Lucas assured me that they could take care of the problem. There were no loaner cars available at the moment so we agreed to bring the car on Monday and they would be ready for me. 15 minutes later, Lucas called back and said a loaner car was available and to bring my car in when I could. I drove the 15 miles to the dealership, met with Lucas and 15 minutes later, I was on my way in a brand new loaner car. Total time from discovery that I had a problem, to home with a loaner car was less than 2 hours. At 5:00 PM I received a call from Lucas informing me that my alternator needed to be replaced, how much it would cost and that it would be ready midday Monday. At 10:00 Monday my car was repaired,ready to pick up and washed! THAT"s what I call service. More
