Focused and determined to help us with questions, and a part they agreed to purchase and install, is beyond what we would have expected. Jenn has become a household name for us, and our new FJ. We are even planning on returning to her, when we add the next FJ to our family!! In terms of car purchase, Jenn was attentive, and adept at noticing when we were settling for a car we may not have really wanted. She knew when we test drove the FJ that "this is your car". We knew too, and she did everything to have us drive away that night, in a truck we LOVE. Her attention to detail, professionalism, intuition of customer desires, and the completion of a smooth deal were perfect. It felt GREAT to work with her the entire process. She was honest with regard to our trade-in, and clear about the details of how that would look with the payments, and value of car. It was comfortable and easy to work with JENN. And Ron Owens sealed it all, with you tube videos of FJ's in action, details about their awesomeness, and stories about add-ons, and the joy of owning one. Ron's focus, kindness and interest in engaging us in the FUN around owing this FJ were priceless. We never thought we'd still be smiling a week plus later! We are Toyota loyalists, having many at home in various stages of rock-crawler creation, or simply a super-star 98 4runner loving life with 220k miles. Again, thank you JENN for a great experience, all the way through. I love the no BS concept. I love that we interacted with one person all the way through the deal. And we loved the coffee! All questions around mechanical and technical issues were answered honestly and if anything was in need of clarity, they made all efforts to resolve successfully. I had searched thoroughly online and was able to compare Wilsonville posted online prices with another dealer who also posted prices on line and Wilsonville beat them by quite a bit!
