Sean was very helpful throughout the buying process! He spent a lot of time with us in selecting a car and gave us full attention. I have been to other Toyota dealerships in the area and have not had as go spent a lot of time with us in selecting a car and gave us full attention. I have been to other Toyota dealerships in the area and have not had as good customer service as Sean provided. He explains everything in detail and even draws diagrams explaining everything. I did not leave the dealership with any questions regarding my purchase. Sean also kept following up with me via phone calls and text messages. I did have a couple questions a few days after buying the car, as most new car owners probably would have. To my surprise, Sean replied back to my messages within a few minutes. It is a great feeling to have someone provide such excellent service and keeps providing it even after you already purchased the vehicle from him.
