My wife and I are return customers to Wilsonville Toyota. When we arrived, Steven immediately came to greet us and when he found that we were return customers, he checked their records to see if our origina When we arrived, Steven immediately came to greet us and when he found that we were return customers, he checked their records to see if our original salesperson was still there so we could work with him again. When Steven found out he was no longer there, he began to help us find the vehicle we were looking to purchase. We found that the vehicle we saw on the website was in transit, but Steven showed us similar vehicles so we could get an idea of what this one would be like. When he found out that my wife really wanted a different color, he found the vehicle she wanted at another dealership and had it sent to Wilsonville so we could purchase it. When we arrived to pick it up, Steven was very helpful, showing my wife all the features of the car and ensuring she would have an enjoyable first ride in her new car. Thank you Steven. More
After getting the run around at other dealerships and/or financial institutions, I had almost settled on a car that wasn't what I really wanted, and the financing wasn't what I really wanted. At the last m financial institutions, I had almost settled on a car that wasn't what I really wanted, and the financing wasn't what I really wanted. At the last minute we stopped into Wilsonville Toyota, and I told Joey what I wanted in a car and how I wanted to finance it, and what I wanted to pay. He showed me a picture of a Prius and printed out five different financing options. While he went and got the car, my partner and I picked the financing which was exactly what I wanted at the price I wanted to pay. When Joey pulled up in the car, I took one look and was in love. It was the color I wanted, had more extras than I had hoped for and only had 3 miles on it when I got in to take a test drive. By stopping at Wilsonville Toyota, I not only didn't buy a car I didn't want, I also ended up buying a 2013 Prius with more extras than I expected for the same price (or close enough to) as I was going to pay of a used car that wasn't what I wanted. Joey made it so easy. I love my car. If I ever buy another car, Wilsonville Toyota will be my first stop. More

Colin was very welcoming and really portrayed the personility you'd desire in a salesman. He was not pushy in any way, but he has found a good balance of vehicle and customer knowledge that was quit personility you'd desire in a salesman. I recently purchased a 2014 Tacoma TRD Off-Road Wilsonville Toyota. Amazing vehicle by the way! Traded up from my 2011, same model etc...I had test drove a similar model a few weeks prior and was planning on coming in Wed to see what type of deal their team could put together, trade value of my 2011 etc...I had allotted about 2 hours, few meetings I needed to attend for work following. Prior, I did my research. I work with Edmunds.com and ran the TMV calculator for the new Taco as well as valued my trade with Edmunds, KBB and Black Book. I walked into your dealership with a fair price I wanted to spend and a fair range for my trade, no intention of buying that Wed eve, potentially Thurs. Elliot Franzen greeted me when I arrived. Let me preface this with Elliot had followed up with me about my test drive and arranged a time to come in Wed. When I arrived the Taco that I was interested in was already pulled up to your customer bay, we hit the ground running. Elliot valued my trade and broke down the deal, this all within the first 30 mins I was there! My objections would have been 1). Price and 2). Trade Price, I didn't tell Elliot this though. He came back, the price of the vehicle was more than fair (based off TMV that Edmunds recommends) and the trade allowance was at the high-end of the range in my head, Elliot handled my 2 objections without ever knowing what they were! I had to throw out another, time, I needed to hit my meetings. Elliot promised me we could wrap up in a couple hours max, what could I say? I've done well over 20 cars deals in my lifetime, daughters, wives, myself, this wasn't going to happen! I said OK with an asterisk, if I need to go I need to go, we could wrap up in the AM. He was gone. When he returned docs were available, plates were printed, vehicle was cleaned, gassed.....I was amazed. The fear we as consumers have is being kept at a dealership too long and paying too much. Wilsonville Toy made me feel comfortable, presented me with a fair price on both ends and expedited the overall process. They made my car experience the best I've honestly ever had! Thanks for running a dealership like it should be. Not only will I be back but I will spread the word!! More

We live in Bend and have visited the Bend Dealership looking to buy a new Toyota several times. We could not find what we wanted there. Very limited selection, so decided to stop in Wilsonville on the w looking to buy a new Toyota several times. We could not find what we wanted there. Very limited selection, so decided to stop in Wilsonville on the way home from a trip to visit family in the Valley. We saw the commercial and my sister said she heard good things about the dealership. No haggling is a big plus. Loved the low sticker price posted on each car. Our salesman, Colin, was very helpful. Listened to what we wanted and was very knowledgeable. Would recommend him to anyone. My sister went with us and liked him as well.
