This is the second car bought from Romulus Costeau at Wilsonville Toyota. About three years ago we purchased a Camry specifically for long trips. We continue to enjoy its comfort and reliability. We came again to Romulus for a second car for local use. Courteously Romulus showed us the available Wilsonville Toyota cars. He described the pros and cons of the cars. He answered all our questions with respect. Having found a Corolla close to our needs, we went home to think. Unknown to us, Romulus searched throughout the Portland area for cars that would meet our needs. Clearly Romulus had listened closely us, learning our needs and desires. Saturday he telephoned us about a car. He would personally drive the car to Wilsonville Toyota with no obligation for us to buy. He found a great car for us. The price was competitive and included the necessary features. Romulus was always intently focused on our needs and wishes, not limiting us to local cars. He personally made another trip to get some missing items. Although our interface with Wilsonville Toyota was through Romulus, the company also paid attention to our wants. This was great buying experience, we will be back to Wilsonville Toyota! More

I wouldn't go to anyone else to purchase another Toyota nor recommend a different salesperson. If she wasn't working the day we wanted to look at a car, we would go on a day she was. From the moment we went into the building, I cannot express enough how simple and easy my wife and I’s experience was with Wilsonville Toyota. From the moment we went into the building, to driving away with our beautiful new car, we only dealt with one person: Dallas. He even opened the door for us when we got there! When you go to other dealerships you have to meet with a new person at each part of the buying or even testing process. It may not seem like a big deal to some but this is a HUGE bonus when it comes to buying a car. I am a skeptic and a techie, and can read people usually within the first few sentences. That being said, I was surprised when I met Dallas because he is so genuine. Not once, the entire time, did he ask us, “So do you want to buy it?” He is one of the FEW salesmen I have ever met that knows that when a customer is ready to make a decision he or she will say so. This took a huge amount of pressure off of me and my wife. Because of this we were able to have a comfortable and meaningful conversation about the things that matter. Don’t get me wrong, we kept our cards close to the chest the whole time right until signing, and with the amount of oddball questions that I threw at him I would hardly say we made his job easy! The thing is, even the questions he did not have the immediate answer to, he remembered, and made sure to find out even after I forgot about them! This is great customer service from a great customer service provider. Moving on the rest of the experience, when we first met with Dallas, he gave us a tour of the entire facility which was interesting because it showed how transparent the dealership is about their business. There isn't a separate building for maintenance checks and detailing. It is all one big area in which you are free to walk around. This amounts to never bringing in your car and it disappearing behind a curtain. You are even free to stand right next to the technicians while the change your oil for instance. The managers are in an open office setting, there were other customers going about their business in the lounge area, some with children and some watching TV (If you have kids there is a soundproof glass walled room with an arcade and other play things right next to it). There is also a coffee center and food area which was all complimentary. My first impression was how relaxed everyone was. To be honest it was in stark contrast to other dealerships I have been to. Overall the facility and the services are superb, but what really matters at the end of the day is who you deal with, and for us, we were lucky enough to get to work with Dallas. Dallas, you made two very skeptical people believe that there are is still a salesman who genuinely cares about helping people. I mean REALLY helping people, not selling them. If you are looking for a great buying or even just testing experience, you will not be disappointed if you ask for Dallas. More

James Park approached us and introduced himself and asked if there was anything we wanted to look at specifically. I had an idea of what I wanted, but not definite on any particular model. However, it became apparent within the first 10 minutes that the Prius V pretty much met all of my requirements. James was very good about showing us all of the features, without being pushy. We had made it clear we had dinner plans and had to leave within a short period of time, and he respected that. We spent quite a bit of time with him, however, as we continued to explore the possibility of purchasing a Prius V, and deciding on the model -- based on price and available features. I became more and more motivated to consider a purchase much sooner than I originally had anticipated. We promised to come back in a day or two, to get an estimate on my trade-in and to get the numbers down on paper. James did a very smart thing by emailing to me the information about the particular car I was interested in, so it was there when I got home that night. I did some research on my own and came to the conclusion that I wanted to take the car for a test drive and possibly pursue the purchase now. Two days later we made an appointment to meet James at the dealership, and we walked through some additional features and took the car for a test drive while my car was being evaluated for a trade-in. We decided to see what the numbers looked like, and I was pleased with the trade-in on my vehicle (I had also researched that, and I felt Wilsonville was being very fair in their offer). I was also motivated to purchase now due to the 0% financing that was available. All in all, I'd have to say it was one of the best experiences I have ever had in purchasing a car. James was very good at showing the vehicle and its features and providing us with an opportunity to ask questions, as he continued to do after the purchase. I've been in touch via email and phone at least 3 times and he has always responded quickly and pleasantly. I would rate our experience very high. More

I broke down in my Prius 3 in Portland. I was alone and 3 hours away from home. I called the closest Toyota Dealership to my location. The service rep was not helpful and adamantly stated they closed at 3 hours away from home. I called the closest Toyota Dealership to my location. The service rep was not helpful and adamantly stated they closed at 5 p.m. Next, I called Wilsonville and spoke with Tony. He took down my info and waited for my car to be towed to their store. Once I got there, Dan and Brandon were extremely helpful. The service tech diagnosed the problem with my car within 20 minutes. Dan told me the repair would take a couple of hours but they finished in 1.5 hours. I was on my way to Eugene to run the half marathon by 6:45 p.m. I want to thank that whole team for helping me get to my race. It was a wonderful experience. I took them Voodoo Donuts on my way home on Monday! Thanks guys! More
