He was the only salesperson and employee we met with and kept us informed of the process while we waited comfortably in the waiting room which is well-stocked with beverages and snacks. He walked us through the operation of the car, helped us sinc our phones with Bluetooth and even rescued my sunglasses from the car we traded after we left. This dealership really makes the car buying experience pleasurable and painless. We look forward to visiting regularly for our service. More

I began working with Wilsonville Toyota about 6 months prior to buying my car. They kept me in the loop when cars came in that I might be interesting. Initial contact with this dealership was through Kassandra. She was like a ninja replying to my inquiries online. She confirmed a buy it now payment made via web with lightning speed. When I arrived for a test drive, I was greeted literally within seconds by Ronnie (Who had come in on his day off, just for me.) I was a first time buyer with NO credit history. I had a modest trade in value, and a down payment. Ronnie and someone in their finance dept. (I didn't catch their name) worked really hard to get me qualified. Turned out the vehicle I was interested in, I couldn't get approval for. Ronnie was able to find a car that I was approved for - at a later model, with less miles. Ronnie was patient with me and explained the questions I had. They also save you a trip to the DMV - which is awesome, they helped me transfer my plates from my trade in - and even reimbursed me for emissions testing costs. All around pleasant experience. More
The experience at Wilsonville Toyota was the best car buying experience I have ever had. My family and I worked with Ronnie Patterson and he was very helpful and he did not pressure us or try and overse buying experience I have ever had. My wife and I, both Honda fans, have been trying to live a lot “greener”. We had planned on moving from our Acura to a new Honda Civic Hybrid so had stopped in Wilsonville to see the Honda dealer there. F a lot “greener”. From TV and friends, we had heard about Wilsonville Toyota's philosophy about the car buying experience and planned to check out the Prius while we were in Wilsonville. Since our intension was to get a Civic we went to Wilsonville Toyota first. We never got to the Honda dealership! Upon arrival at Wilsonville Toyota it was shocking how many cars (Prius) they had. We were met immediately by a salesman named Dallas Graham who right off the bat (Dallas is a sports fan and will appreciate that idiom) was very friendly and explained Wilsonville Toyota's philosophy on customer service. We didn't know it then, but everything he said would come true. The idea of a “no haggle” price was foreign to us because every car we had purchased in the past had been a fight to the finish. I had a feeling that sometime soon things would get pear shaped. But everything went GREAT! It was the best car buying experience we have ever had...bar none!! After inquiring about our needs, Dallas selected a Prius and we went for a test drive. As Dallas led us through the qualities of the Prius, we were totally impressed and we soon lost complete interest in the Civic! We felt completely at ease during the sale because Dallas always made a honest effort to provide us with accurate information. When he was unsure about a question we had, he would ask someone else or research it. This convinced us that he was looking out for our best interest and not just trying to make a sale. It is clear that Dallas is a man of honesty and integrity. This dealership is for real. They have an employee in Dallas Graham who personifies their philosophy of great customer service. We really enjoyed our Prius buying experience because of Dallas and we will tell everyone we know about this dealership and recommend Dallas.
