We as consumers tend to focus so much on the negative and rarely focus on the positive, and working in the customer service field majority of my life it's definitely nice to hear when you do good. I personally am guilty of rarely ever giving credit when credit is due but this time around I had to go out of my way to thank ALI for going above and beyond our expectations. I know I'm late but this review is in regards to our 1st time (definitely NOT the last) getting our Highlander serviced at Wilsonville Toyota. Anyhow, we got our car serviced on 12/2012 and to make a very long story short Beaverton toyota made not only 1 but more than several mistakes resulting in us being S.O.L with our last service maintenance package coupon. During our service appointment I was being transferred to person after person @ Beaverton Toyota I finally spoke to someone who told me that there is nothing they can do knowing it's their fault! Immediately ALI told me to hang up and told us that she would take good care of us. " taking good care of us" is an understatement because not only did she get our car serviced but did more than what the regular service maintenance package offered!!! Ali totally made us feel like valued customers who were her first priority. She took initiative & ownership of the issue at hand and made things happen for us reassured us that everything will be taken care of. Ali's service that day really made me realize what crappy service we got @ Beaverton toyota. I'm really disappointed and regret ever giving Beaverton Toyota our business. I really want to thank Wilsonville Toyota because from the time we got there until the time we left, everyone we came across greeted us with a smile and made sure we were taken care of. To Ali, Thank you so much for your great customer service and professionalism and for making us feel so important I am grateful for you! More

We live about an hour away from Wilsonville Toyota and happened to stop in one weekend because we happened to be in the area shopping ( for things other than a new vehicle). We have had a couple references that have enjoyed the experience so we figured what the heck, cant hurt! We were greeted by Dallas as we were driving around the lot and after being greeted warmly I figured I would park and take a look. My wife and small child were with me (napping in the car), and so I immediately explained that this trip was going to be very short and purely informational. Dallas had no problem with that and very eagerly showed me around the lot. I knew what I wanted coming in so we went straight to the Tundras. I was very happy with my experience that first day. I received a lot of information and NEVER felt pressured at all. After going over a few things I happily made an appointment the following weekend with Dallas so that I and my wife could both go over what we were looking for. So yesterday we went and had our appointment with Dallas. We enjoyed every moment with him and really respected the fact that he wasn't trying to Sell us a vehicle, he was helping us Find the vehicle that we wanted!! After figuring out the exact Truck we wanted we started the process of purchasing it. We had to do a dealer trade because the perfect truck for us didnt happen to be in the lot. The whole process went incredibly smooth and very quick. Dallas was extremely helpful with explaining the process and helping us secure our new truck. Couldnt say enough good things about Dallas and the entire staff at Wilsonville Toyota. Overall just a perfect experience and we are extremely happy with our Truck. Would recommend them to anyone and everyone that is looking for a vehicle!!!! More

I came from Lincoln City to look at a car at another dealership and had passed Wilsonville Toyota on the way there, so when we found the car was not in stock, we decided to stop in and see what Toyota h dealership and had passed Wilsonville Toyota on the way there, so when we found the car was not in stock, we decided to stop in and see what Toyota had to offer. I was greeted very quickly by Dallas Graham, who asked how we were & what I was looking for. I had a very limited budget, did not want a car payment and did not want to spend hours and hours at a dealership. Dallas came through for me by finding a car at one of their other dealerships and offered to go pick it up so I could drive it, but my daughter and I wanted to get some lunch so we said we would meet him there and he then offered to stop for lunch with us as well, which one would think is just a ploy to not let us walk away, however, Dallas is very sincere and was just concerned for our comfort. We drove across town to the Infiniti dealership, I decided I liked the car and they let me drive it back to Wilsonville Toyota to complete the paperwork. The sale was not a huge sale, but I was treated like I was the most important customer, not only by Dallas but by the entire staff. I spent about 4 to 5 hours total deciding on the car & purchasing it. Dallas handled everything from start to finish (with a little help from his co-workers as he was new to their process!) , no hassles, no haggling over price. He was a wonderful person to work with and a genuinely nice man. Best experience I have ever had buying a car. Everyone is so friendly and helpful-I know where I will be going for my next car! I just would like to say how great Wilsonville Toyota is. I have had problems with most other dealerships I have went to but came into Wilsonville Toyota to have some service done and Jeremy treated me great I have had problems with most other dealerships I have went to but came into Wilsonville Toyota to have some service done and Jeremy treated me great. Had my Toyota Care 10,000 mile service done here. Staff were very friendly. I had an appointment and they were on time and got me out the door within an hour with a car wash. I thought I would try Wilsonville Toyota for service as it is much more convenient for me even though I have a Lexus. I am so glad I did. Over time servicing my car had sort of become a necessary evil and I was not overly happy with the customer service where I usually went. When I arrived Ali Liebl made me feel like I have been a customer for years. She took the time to really make me feel welcome and was very sweet. When we were finishing up the 'small talk' Ali had with me just made the whole thing very pleasant and then she walked me to my car. That's never happened before. I am so glad to have found a new home for servicing my car. Thanks Ali! More

Jim and the dealership were GREAT! We have a 2 yr old and a 3 month old that were with us when we purchased then van. The kids room was so nice to have our 2 yr old in. This is my third car from Wilsonville Toyota Scion in the last six years and I cannot imagine ever doing business anywhere else. Everyone associated with this dealership is great to work with. I was very pleased with the relationship with the Sales Person, the vehicle, and the support provided. As everyone knows automoblle technology is becoming more advanced all the time, and it was especially Person, the vehicle, and the support provided. The Prius Persona Series SE is particularly attractive and we are enjoying the whole puchasing experience. All the service for our Toyotas is performed at Wilsonville Toyota.
