Most straightforward car buying experience We had a very good experience working with Michael Heatherly. I'm not a fan of used car shopping, and Michael made it as easy as possible. He stayed with us the entire day, for the entire experience, and was both patient and knowledgeable in answering all of our questions. He's a calm, low-pressure guy, which I appreciated. We ended up purchasing a used Honda CRV from him. Upon taking it to an indie mechanic for a check, we found that it had some issues that needed repair, and Michael advocated for us. Neil Barker was very nice also in working with us on the repairs. While the dealership wasn't willing to make all of the repairs we requested (I ended up spending $850 of my own after the purchase price), they did make some, and it was a pretty fair compromise for a used vehicle which is now in great shape. I would visit them again, and I feel that Michael is trustworthy. More
