Two weeks ago, I received a post card from Wilsonville Toyota about a factory recall for my car and recommended that I take my car to this dealer for service. I called the dealer and made an appointment Toyota about a factory recall for my car and recommended that I take my car to this dealer for service. I called the dealer and made an appointment with the service center for Feb. 5, at 2 PM. I was told that the entire service would take about one and half hours. So, I took 2 hours off from work, drove 12 miles from Mountain Park, Lake Oswego, and got to the dealer by 2 PM. After checking in at the service center, the receptionist told me that she saw no appointment for me in her computer. She said that if I wanted to do this service on the same day I had to wait for up to 3 hours for the service. So, I had no choice but to wait. I then called my work and told my manager that I could not make it to work the entire afternoon. It was disappointing. A half an hour later, a gentlemen from the service center came to me and said that my car had already been serviced for this factory defect at the Gladstone dealership, so it did not require a service. I was disappointed about what happened. Wilsonville Toyota could have checked the VIN number to see if it had been serviced already BEFORE sending me the post card and asking me to drive all the way to the service center only to find out that a service was not necessary. I had to take off from work and lose almost $250 of my pay and drove 22 miles to get to the service center for absolutely no reason. Also, the service center could have offered a free car wash for all the trouble, but even that was not offered. So, the entire experience was disappointing to me. Thanks, Ellie More

As a business person, I rely and expect other companies to be on time and delivery what was promised. Jeremy and the service team started on my car immediately (and I was 10 minutes early) and completed e to be on time and delivery what was promised. I had an EXCELLENT experience. I first worked with customer service representative Paul Heinrich. He worked with me to help find the right car for me as well as to start the credit process. Paul was polite, friendly, very customer service oriented and helpful. Once I made it onto the lot I worked with Romulus Costea. He was very knowledgeable, courteous, patient and very very customer service focused. I explained to him the reason I specifically was working with Wilsonville Toyota was because when myhusband purchased his Prius in 2010 we had a great experience and as such I wanted to send the business back to Wilsonville and hopefully also have great experience. I was not disappointed in any way! Romulus even indulged me a bit in allowing me go a bit fast during the test drive. I would recommend Wilsonville Toyota to anyone who wants a fair deal, a courteous sales person and a very positive experince. Romulus and Paul each get a grade of A+ !!! Thank you!! I spent a day and a half with these two guys figuring out which hybrid car to get, which trim level, and whether to buy new or used. Aargh - it's never easy... fortunately they had a great selection and we went on a lot of test drives. They were able to unravel my wants and needs which is not always easy since being a "car guy" I think I know it all :) Scott was very friendly, patient and knowledgeable, and later his manager Boyce assisted with some creative ideas (and more test drives) to help me get the exact car wanted within the requirements of my personal financial situation and goals. At no time did I feel pressure to complete a deal that I would be less than satisfied with or regret later, and both Scott and Boyce were a pleasure to work with and very professional. It was actually fun! Once I had it figured out, the paperwork was clean and fast with no pressure for extras. By the way, after two weeks I am extremely pleased with my Camry Hybrid XLE.. and loving 38 mpg... in town! Cheers guys... job well done! More
