I had a friend who just bought a new car from Michael at this location. Her experience was amazing. When I arrive, I was not sure if I could upgrade to a more fuel efficient car. His knowledge and experience proved that he understood what I could afford and what would fit my needs. Even though I was not able to find the car I was looking for that day, Michael kept a watchful eye out. Never once did he pressure me into something I was not going to be happy with. When the car arrive that fit every detail I was looking for, he was on the phone with me right away. Later that day I drove off with my new car. That kind of professionalism and expertize provided me with a level of customer service that I see so few of in most businesses.
