Excellent Customer Service and Knowledge I recently purchased a used 2013 Toyota Corolla with the help of Jay Serhan. I went in to the dealership knowing very little of what I wanted, and Jay I recently purchased a used 2013 Toyota Corolla with the help of Jay Serhan. I went in to the dealership knowing very little of what I wanted, and Jay was able to steer me into the direction that I needed. Upon narrowing it down to three cars (a 2009 Honda Civic, the 2013 Toyota Corolla, and a 2014 Toyota Prius) Jay was able to help me weigh out the pros and cons of my decision. He was patient with my decision process and offered me informed and honest feedback. When I made my final decision, he was able to thoroughly explain the financing options, and offered me detailed information about warranties. All in all, I walked into Toyota very unsure of what my outcome would be, and I left confident that I made the best decision possible for what I needed. Jay played a significant part in this and went above and beyond to ensure that I left a happy customer. I'm very excited to now drive my Corolla (that even has a sunroof)! More

Awesome experience I was dreading the 'car buying' experience and had pushed off looking for a new vehicle for awhile. However, after speaking with friends and family th I was dreading the 'car buying' experience and had pushed off looking for a new vehicle for awhile. However, after speaking with friends and family that had recently gone to Wilsonville Toyota and hearing what a great experience they had I figured it was worth giving it a shot. I was already aware of the no bull price from seeing the commercials but I was excited to learn of the opportunity to work with only one representative. When I arrived at Wilsonville Toyota my wife and I were greeted by Colin Thompson and realized immediately how friendly he was. I was glad to know that he was ultimately going to be our dealer. He was personable and didn't come off as trying to close or get a deal. He seemed genuinely interested in our needs and wants and ensured that they were met or addressed. Throughout the entire process I did not feel at anytime like I was being haggled or mislead. Colin made the entire experience rewarding and comfortable. He has also continued to help us even after purchasing the vehicle which I find exceptional customer service. Because of his eagerness to help and the overall atmosphere of Wilsonville Toyota I know that I will continue to do my business there versus going to another dealership and risk being disappointed. I love my new car and I love how great the experience was! More

Trade in I didn't plan on trading in my old car for a new one. I had been getting letters from Toyota to trade in but just didn't do it.Then as I was getting m I didn't plan on trading in my old car for a new one. I had been getting letters from Toyota to trade in but just didn't do it.Then as I was getting my oil changed I was approached by a sales assocate asking if I wanted to trade in my car. I think that next time I will be more informed before trading my car in and the price that I could possibly get by selling it privately. Not that I don't like the new car. I think the time it took to finalize everything was a bit long. I hadn't really planned on spending most of the day at the dealership. Overall I had a good experience with Wilsonville. More

So after I narrowed my chose down to a Toyota off we went. I had already driven a Rav 4 so my husband test drove it. I like it ok after MY 1st test drive but wasn't sold. After driving with Colin Thompson with his patient and knowledge and explaining everything so clearly I understood so much more about the car then before. Hear some things about the Rav that I had checked out so went back to check it out. Went for my second test drive with Jay Serhan. He was just a knowledgeable and friendly as Colin. We sat down I told him what my dream car would look like and long story longer, 2 day later Mama be driving home a car with less then 10 miles on it. Working with Colin and Jay definitely made my experience with Wilsonville Toyota one I would recommend to freinds and family. Once there we were greeted by Ron Owens the Sales manager who made us feel welcome and answered our questions. He turned us over to Shawn Tracy Sales Assoc. who took us and help us find the vehicle we purchased after looking and driving three different models of Toyotas. Andrew made us rethink the "Ugh...another salesman" mind set I received a promotion at work which came with a vehicle allowance. I had driven company provided vehicles for years and was about to purchase a car f I received a promotion at work which came with a vehicle allowance. I had driven company provided vehicles for years and was about to purchase a car for myself. My wife and I were NOT looking forward to the car buying experience. I found a car online that I was interested in and we made the trek from Gresham to Wilsonville to take a look. When we pulled into the lot we immediately noticed a gentleman waiting to "pounce" on his unsuspecting prey. He came over, introduced himself as Andrew, and asked who we were there to see. He took us inside to the person who, basically, returned us back to him. We explained which car we were there for and Andrew took us straight to it. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and all of it's features. When I got inside the car to take a look he hopped in the back and shortly thereafter we took off for a test drive. He asked if I wanted back roads or freeway for my test drive. I replied with "both". We had an extended test drive with no complaints from the back seat. Once we arrived back to the dealership it was nearing closing time. Andrew was not concerned at all with the time. He was very patient with me and my wife while we made budgetary decisions. He walked away on a couple of occasions to allow us time to chat. Even with his wife texting asking when he'll be home, he never made us feel rushed. When we finally decided to purchase the vehicle, Andrew had the car washed, fueled, and detailed while we filled out paperwork. Overall we were very impressed with Andrew and the dealership in general. We now have a new perspective on "salesmen" and the car buying experience. Andrew has pretty much set the bar of what we will expect on our next vehicle purchase. When that time comes we will be revisiting Wilsonville Toyota! Thank you More
